4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimum Amount

Accepted payment methods on qq999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be temporarily held if verification is in progress or unusual activity is detected.

4.3 Payment Security

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Reasons for Bonus Forfeiture

A bonus will be cancelled in the following cases:

• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met.
• Proven bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.

• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier based on your gaming activity and engagement with the platform. qq999 reserves the right to change or cancel VIP benefits.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

qq999 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing or placing bets using any software, bots, or automated systems.
• Colluding with other players to artificially inflate bonuses or winnings.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
